GOAL IN SIGHT: The community comes together to pledge its support for a domestic violence shelter to be built this year. Forster Neighbourhood Centre manager Trish Wallace, Women’s Community Shelters (WCS) CEO Annabelle Daniel and MC, Great Lakes Cr Jim Morwitch, with the crowd gathered at Club Forster for a meeting on Thursday.

The Forster Neighbourhood Centre first opened it’s doors in 1980 as an incorporated association – locally managed, employing local people, to address the changing needs of the Great Lakes community.
